🛡️ 1-Class Satisfaction & Refund Policy
প্রথম live class করার পর যদি course আপনার প্রত্যাশা অনুযায়ী না হয়, তাহলে আমাদের নির্ধারিত refund request process-এর মাধ্যমে refund request করা যাবে। অনুমোদিত request-এর ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য course fee সম্পূর্ণ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে। Refund পাওয়ার পর student-এর premium course, recorded class এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট access বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে।
💳 Payment Policy
Course fee নির্ধারিত payment process-এর মাধ্যমে পরিশোধ করতে হবে। Partial payment থাকলে শুধুমাত্র সংশ্লিষ্ট access দেওয়া হবে।
📚 Course Access
Course materials ও recorded classes enrolled student-এর personal learning-এর জন্য। Account অন্যের সঙ্গে share করা যাবে না।
🔐 Account Security
Student নিজের login information নিরাপদ রাখবেন। Login credentials অন্য ব্যক্তিকে দেওয়া যাবে না।
📱 Student Support
প্রথম মাসে account/ID-related basic guidance এবং প্রয়োজনীয় class/listing guidance দেওয়া হবে। পরবর্তীতে প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী WhatsApp/phone-এর মাধ্যমে guidance দেওয়া হবে।
🗓️ Class Schedule
Technical issue বা unavoidable circumstances-এর কারণে class schedule পরিবর্তন হলে students-কে updated schedule জানানো হবে।
🎯 Student Responsibility
নিয়মিত class করা, practice করা এবং নিজের marketplace/business account-এর প্রয়োজনীয় কাজ সম্পন্ন করা student-এর দায়িত্ব।
📈 Income Disclaimer
Course কোনো নির্দিষ্ট income, sales বা business success-এর guarantee দেয় না। ফলাফল ব্যক্তি, effort, practice এবং market conditions-এর ওপর নির্ভর করতে পারে।
🚫 Content Protection
Course videos, documents বা private learning materials অনুমতি ছাড়া copy, resell বা publicly distribute করা যাবে না।
🔒 Privacy
Admission-এর সময় দেওয়া information payment verification, student account, course access এবং support-এর প্রয়োজনীয় কাজে ব্যবহার করা হবে।
📩 Complaint & Support
Course বা payment সম্পর্কিত কোনো সমস্যা হলে আমাদের support/contact channel-এর মাধ্যমে জানানো যাবে। Complaint পাওয়ার পর প্রয়োজনীয় review ও response দেওয়া হবে।
